I place the order for batteries on 5/12, they state the item is on backorder and will ship on 5/30. Reminder, this is 1-2 months into COVID shelter in place in many states.

I contact them on 6/25 (4 weeks after it's supposed to show up) and ask status, Battery Junctions states that it'll be in stock on 8/5.

On 8/6, I ask them for status, and they say back in stock on 8/28

On 9/18, I ask them for status, and they say back in stock on 9/21

On 10/11, I ask for status, and they now say, 2-3 weeks.

I asked them to cancel. Honestly, it's been 5 months, they have no clue about your vendors/suppliers and no intention to status me, without me asking. Even a month after they estimated that the vendor would deliver, and they never got it, they never let me know that they never even got it to ship.

This is a company that has no clue what is coming in and how to keep their customers informed as to what is happening. I ordered this fully at least a month (in California 2 months) into the COVID situation, and now 5 months later, they just use that crutch to excuse their lack of understanding on when they can have any items that are on backorder delivery.

Horrible experience.

I do buy from Battery Junction and overall I find them to be satisfactory. They have a lot of items that some other places do not have. The reason for the two stars is several times I received a product that I was less than 100% happy with. I left an honest review for that product and had it not be published by BJ because of its criticality. One critical review in particular I bought a battery for one of my flashlights which is a proprietary battery. I took the old one apart and found very inferior parts inside of it. In my review I posted the parts that I found. Battery junction did not publish this review. I believe it was an honest review that did not out anybody or mention any brand names or any suppliers just an honest review of what I found inside. I believe customers have a right to know what's inside the products that are buying BJ does not seem to think so.

First purchase from Battery Junction

This was my first purchase of anything from battery junction. Ordered two Streamline Nano flashlights and extra batteries. Their price, on the flashlights made it almost like I got the batteries for free. I could complain about shipping costs, but it was cheaper than paying more for my order and getting free shipping.
Order was shipped promptly and arrived when anticipated.

They don't like critical reviews of their products

Never Delivered and Falsify "In Stock" merchandise

They sell items that are "in stock", but then they make you wait 2 months to get the products. Then, they don't deliver it, and expect you to pay them for absolutely nothing.

Steer clear.

Customer service with a personal touch

I placed an order over $50, and a free premium was promised in the promotion. After waiting 5 weeks for my order (back ordered), which arrived very well packed, they forgot to include the free flashlight premium. Upon notifying Battery Junction, I received a phone call from Kim, the customer service manager. She apologized and offered to send the flashlight, which I refused (I already have a drawer full). Great company, excellent prices; I'll be a return customer.

Shipped 5 days after order and 12 days until delivery not exactly stellar

Paid with Paypal, Shipped 5 days after order and suppose to arrive in 12 days, not exactly stellar. I hope their batteries are better than the not so speedy customer service. I will post the day I receive them.

Bad service

Placed order on dec-2020 paid by paypal sameday itsdec15th still havent received my order they said part of the order was on back order and they would ship the other part out in 5days its been 12 days

they could have sent the other part of order to me but instead i had to call them for them to do it and they said it would take another 5 days to send that part out this was my first order with them and it will be my last should have looked at their reviews first they have a lot of negetive reviews and heres one more

Bad return policy

To return an item for refund you have to call to get a number. The number is not toll free. Then, you assume the cost of shipping and insuring, and THEN they charge a 15% restocking fee. This seems designed to discourage returns.

What happened to your Service?

BJ use to be great so when I needed a couple hundred more batteries I ordered from them again.
WOW, what a difference. Orders use to get to me in just a few days, not this time.
Of course when you call they say it's because of the China Flu... BS!
I have been ordering things from Belgrade Serbia via DHL and they arrive in Phoenix in 4 days!
What the hell is BJ doing?
So my 200 batteries are riding around in a 140* truck for the last two weeks and just sitting here in Phoenix for the last several days being destroyed by the heat! Needless to say I'm disappointed in Battery Junction...
I can only guess the expensive 10 year shelf life batteries I order might last half that now...
NEVER AGAIN!

Suspected of Counterfeits

I am just learning the ropes of 18650 pack design. I have been looking for a good business to get batteries from. I ran across batteryjunction.com and then searched for customer reviews. I found a review from an experienced pack builder. I have seen a couple of his YouTube videos and the guy knows his stuff. All the "Samsung" batteries he ordered were counterfeits. I will not be doing any business with this company.

This company should not be in business.

Bought a light bulb did not work they said sorry. Pay for shipping send it back. Bulb did not function and i was the one to pay the price of shipping. Bad company.

Shipment arrived very quickly, and was packed well.
